Who we are
Based at Hethel Engineering Centre just outside Norwich, Norfolk Computer Services launched in 2013.
Having worked in IT employment for a number of years, Dan (Director and owner) decided to branch out and launch his own IT support company to focus on small businesses who needed a more affordable IT solution without costly inclusive agreements.
Offering a trustworthy and reliable service, where customer satisfaction is valued as much as the ability to provide flexible IT support. Norfolk Computer Services offers a number of services. Dan and his team truly believe in putting clients at the forefront of everything they do, utilising the expertise of its experienced IT Technicians to the full.

Meet the team
Owner & Director
Following on from a career in delivering IT services, covering everything from support, projects and software, Dan decided to create a new mission to redefine how businesses engage with IT professionals in the local area.
Since 2013 when he opened NCS, Dan has been helping small businesses to understand and get the very best from the investments they make around their IT and computing needs.
Dan, not only heads up NCS he has also recently become Director of Norwich Telecoms, specialists in the design, installation, and maintenance of NEC PBX and VOIP business telephone systems.
Alex, an IT wiz with several years of IT experience, has worked in a range of business sectors including education, automotive, manufacturing and healthcare.
He has gained a number of qualifications such as becoming Microsoft Professional and Desktop certified and a CompTIA A+ IT Technician.
Alex is a big coffee fan and actually roasts his own beans. He also loves to cook, plays the guitar and enjoys traveling and learning new languages
Chris has been working with NCS for 18 months. Relatively new to IT, Chris is currently undertaking an apprenticeship that will see him graduate from Microsoft Campus in 2019 with his Professional Qualifications.
As a real foodie, Chris loves to eat out which contrasts with his Gym addiction - Chris is a keen fitness fanatic and spends a large proportion of his spare time at his local gym.
Always smiling, Chris is always happy, friendly and goes above and beyond for the NCS clients.
Our Office Manager Jo, has a BA (Hons) in hospitality and tourism, working her early career in hospitality and call centre management. More recently, however, since becoming a mum, Jo has retrained in book-keeping to assist Dan (who’s also Jo’s brother) with the day to day running of the accounts for NCS.
Jo’s professional claim to fame is she served Prince William, Prince Harry and Stephen Fry in a supermarket (although not all together!).
Jo likes to keep fit and enjoys running when she has the time. However, most of her evenings and weekends are spent taking the children to swimming, football, park run and dance lessons.
